This page contains information about booking a stall at the 2021 WDCA Eco Fair, Food Fair or Christmas Craft Fair.

 

Stall prices: 

Eco Fair                         16th October            10am - 4pm     £20 per 6ft. table (please enquire for charity discount)

Food Fair                        7th November         10am - 4pm     £20 per 6ft. table or equivalent floor space if using own stand

Christmas Craft Fair      21st November        10am -4pm     £25 per 6ft. table or equivalent floor space if using own stand (Please note that due to demand for our Christmas Craft Fair, we've also opened the Quarter Jack Hall for extra stalls. Any stall bookings taken on or after 13/10/21 will be in the Quarter Jack Hall)

To apply for a space at the Eco Fair, Food Fair or Christmas Craft Fair, please print form(s) as appropriate (see below), complete and return to the Allendale Centre. Once we've received your booking form(s) and confirmed your place, we'll send you a link that allows you to securely pay online. Alternatively, please visit the Allendale between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday, to collect/complete a booking form.

For space at the Christmas Market, please contact the Allendale Centre.

Please note before booking: 

These events are for those selling new products only (including homemade items). They are not intended for the sale of jumble or pre-loved items. For the Eco Fair, we will be asking for confirmation that both your products and packaging are eco-friendly. For the Food Fair, we will ask for confirmation of Food Hygiene Certificate etc.
