Viva Voce presents I Write the Songs
Saturday 7th October, 7.30pm
Award winning Viva Voce Choir is returning to the Allendale! Their members just love to sing and their music is always a mixture of fun, foot tapping songs and heart lifting harmonies. Each year they share their music through the community, supporting local charities. This special fundraising concert, ‘I Write The Songs’, will be in support of High Mead Farm, a supported work environment for those with disabilities, suffering from mental health issues and recovering from illness.

Dance The Night Away
Saturday 14th October, 7.30pm
20 to 1 Big Band return to the Allendale Centre. An evening of LIVE music for you to get up and dance to! Music styles include Swing, Jive, Latin, Waltz and Rock & Pop. Also featuring live vocalists.
Doors open 7.15pm. Music from 7.30pm. Licensed bar.
Central Southern Gauge O Model Railway Exhibition
Sunday 22nd October, 10am to 4pm
The Allendale is the home of the Central Southern Gauge O Group (CSGOG) and they are pleased to announce their annual O Gauge Model Railway Exhibition on Sunday 22nd October.
A particular attraction for the children this year will be a very large LEGO WORLD train layout with lots of trains running around. For the more discerning model railway enthusiast there will be ten layouts including some 7mm scale narrow gauge models. As usual they will have their large test track, thirteen model railway sales stands, a bring & buy stall and railway societies, including the Swanage Railway. Admittance is only £6 with accompanied young children free. Doors open from 10am until 4pm.
Steptoe & Son Live
Saturday 28th October, 7.30pm
You wouldn’t think it was possible for this ‘rag and boning’ duo to still be at it after all this time, but here they are! Albert is still a dirty old man and Harold is as pretentious as ever! Come and join Steptoe & Son for all the hilarious conflict that these three classic episodes performed live have to offer!
Spooktacular Halloween Party
Sunday 29th October, 3pm - 5pm
Join us on Sunday 29th October for a spooooky Spooktacular Halloween Party! There'll be a disco, party games and prizes. Have fun and dress up for the occasion - who can look the most scary?
Suitable for ages 3 - 11.
Kids £6 each, accompanying adults £2 entry. Book before midnight!
Matt Black Piano Man - Night of Nightmares
Monday 30th October, doors 7pm
Starring Matt Black and with special appearances by Miss Moppe and Miss Anticipation, this will be a fantastic night(mare) of entertainment as we approach Halloween!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show - Dress up and sing along
Tuesday 31st October, doors 8.30pm, film 9pm
Let's do the Time Warp again! We had such a blast when we showed this classic the last time, we're doing it all again. Dress up as your favourite character - not compulsory, but you won't be alone if you do - and come and sing along with all the great songs you know and love (subtitles on screen). Timeless songs, of course, include Science Fiction/Double Feature, Sweet Transvestite, Time Warp, I Can Make You a Man and so many more.
Book your tickets early, get your costume designed and see you on the night. What a great way to spend Halloween!
