Tuesday mornings & afternoons
Fun filled classes helping young children with spacial awareness, agility, balance, listening skills and fitness through ball games such as football, tennis, hand ball and many more. All classes 50 minutes duration.

Monday & Tuesday mornings
A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new people. These Health Walks are led by volunteer Health Walk Leaders each week around the town of Wimborne. The walks are free of charge and ideal for local people who would like to get a bit of exercise and have a chat along the way - no need to book, just meet at the Centre 15 minutes before the start time and enjoy. The walks are co-ordinated by Christchurch and East Dorset's Health and Activity Team so if you would like more information, please get in contact by calling the team on 01202 795682 or email email@example.com.

OVER 50’s KEEP FIT

FLexercise - a low impact keep fit class with exercises to improve posture, balance, coordination and core strength, lots of stretching to improve flexibility and easy to follow dance steps to move every part of your body.

Claire Matthews Pilates
Classes are taught by Claire Matthews, a Body Control Pilates Instructor and a member of REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals). Classes are small for a personal learning experience.
Pilates strengthens and tones, increases flexibility, realigns your body and corrects your posture.
A mindful exercise discipline, it also helps with stress relief.
