Ticketing for Allendale hirers & event organisers
If you have an event that needs tickets...
We will handle your advance and on the door (OTD) tickets*. We use TicketSource.
Customers can book online 24/7 (small booking fee payable by the customer), over the phone or in person at the Allendale
Cash and cards accepted over the phone or in person
There's also the option for customers to book at the Allendale only (not listed or bookable online)
(*Fees apply - see below. You can choose to sell your own OTD tickets if you prefer: no admin fee charged for these sales)
Advantages of the Allendale handling your ticket sales:
1. Your event and tickets will be listed on our TicketSource account, for extra publicity. Customers who search for events by name, in Wimborne or at Allendale Centre will find your listing and be able to purchase.
2. Having tickets on sale at the venue is expected by buying customers, and is convenient for all.
3. As well as selling your advance tickets, we will sell on the door (unless you choose to sell OTD yourself, or the event is already sold out).
What do we need to get tickets on sale?
A completed booking form or contract, which should contain event name, event date, start time (plus optional doors open and/or expected finish times).
Your event image and some copy - see here for info
Confirmation of seating layout (if appropriate) and total number of tickets for sale
Confirmation of ticket price(s), including any concessions, Early Bird offers etc.
Any other relevant information requested.
Ticket handling fees charged to the hirer / event organiser
a) Initial set up fee £15 for single events. Multiple-date events may attract an increased charge, to be discussed.
Your event will be listed on TicketSource and on www.theallendale.org/tickets as a minimum.
b) 5% admin fee on all tickets we sell for the event is charged to the hirer (contract-agreed theatre shows may be different; please enquire).

Any such complimentary tickets would be drawn from your total tickets on sale:
Carer/Personal Assistant concession. If you're unable to access a ticketed performance without the support of a carer/personal assistant, we can offer a complimentary ticket for your carer/assistant.
