Ticketing for Allendale hirers & event organisers

If your event needs tickets...

• We'll handle your advance and on the door ticket sales; you may need to supply someone to check pre-bought tickets on entry to the event

• Customers can book online 24/7, over the phone or in person at the Allendale 

• Card payment accepted online and over the phone; card or cash in person

• For security and fraud prevention, only tickets sold through our TicketSource account are valid

(*Fees apply - see below)

Your event and tickets will be listed on TicketSource, for extra publicity. Customers who search for events by name, in Wimborne or at Allendale Centre will find your listing and be able to purchase.

​We need the following to put tickets on sale:

​

• ​A completed booking form or contract, with event name, event date and start time

• Your event image and some copy  - see here for info

• Required seating layout (if appropriate) and total number of tickets for sale

• Ticket price(s), including any concessions etc.

• Minimum/advised minimum age for entry (if required)

• Info about strobe, smoke or other hazards used in the event

• Any other relevant information requested

       

Ticket handling fees charged to the hirer / event organiser

a) Initial set up fee £15 for single events. Multiple-date events may attract an increased charge, to be discussed.

b) 5% admin fee on all tickets we sell for the event is charged to the hirer (contract-agreed theatre shows may be different; please enquire).

Any such complimentary tickets would be drawn from your total tickets on sale:  

If you're unable to access a ticketed performance without the support of a carer/personal assistant, we can offer a complimentary ticket for your carer/assistant.
