Tappy Toes run AWARD WINNING, active dancing classes for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Our baby, toddler and Pre-School dance classes are specifically designed to instil a life-long love of dance and movement into your little dancer. We support your little ones in those crucial early years developmental stages. Come and release some of those endorphins with us! Get your baby or toddler moving in a Tappy Toes dance class! Mondays & Tuesdays
Fun filled classes helping children with spacial awareness, balance, agility, listening skills and fitness through ball games such as football, tennis, hand ball and many more. All classes 50 minutes long.

Welcome to ((BOUNCE)) Wimborne mini trampoline fitness classes! Working out on mini trampolines reduces the impact on joints by 87% versus floor based exercise, whilst still smashing around 600-700 calories per class!

Shining Stars Minis Drama class for 2 - 5 year olds
Our Minis drama class runs every Wednesday from 10am-10.45am and is suitable for ages 2-5. Each session will have a different theme and we will go on a magical journey through the imagination, featuring drama, music and a surprise craft activity each week!

Dorset Creative Dance
Our sensory classes for babies and creative dance classes for children aid development by using props, music, dance, singing and play. Claire Matthews Pilates
Pilates strengthens and tones, increases flexibility, realigns your body and corrects your posture. A mindful exercise discipline, it also helps with stress relief.

Whatever your age or ability, you can make a difference to your health and fitness. The class is new to the Allendale and your first class is free. Exercises are gentle on the joints, making it very suitable for everyone. The uplifting music ensures you enjoy every movement and moment and the exercise helps to improve posture, balance, mobility, flexibility and muscle memory. There is no floor work. Sue, who runs 'Melodies in Motion' classes in the Dorset area, has trained in several exercise disciplines and knows first hand the benefits of exercise.
