Run by fully ISTD qualified Dance teacher Carol Rodulfo, DanceAway offers a choice of Classes on a Monday afternoon, covering Ballroom, Latin American and Popular Sequence dancing, as well as regular Saturday Evening Social Dances at the Allendale Centre.

The Allendale Bridge Club is a very friendly club and welcomes anyone who can play the game. A hosting system is run for evening duplicate sessions so single players can come along, but please contact the Club as there are some exceptions.

Health Walks

Monday & Tuesday mornings

A great opportunity to get out in the fresh air and meet new people. These Health Walks are led by volunteer Health Walk Leaders each week around the town of Wimborne. The walks are free of charge and ideal for local people who would like to get a bit of exercise and have a chat along the way - no need to book, just meet at the Centre 15 minutes before the start time and enjoy. The walks are co-ordinated by Christchurch and East Dorset's Health and Activity Team so if you would like more information, please get in contact by calling the team on 01202 795682 or email activate@christchurchandeastdorset.gov.uk.

Pilates strengthens and tones, increases flexibility, realigns your body and corrects your posture.

A mindful exercise discipline, it also helps with stress relief.

Classes are taught by Claire Matthews, a Body Control Pilates Instructor and a member of REPS (The Register of Exercise Professionals). Classes are small for a personal learning experience.
