Image & print design for marketing material

We're happy to use your digital image and print to help advertise your event, but there are a few requirements. Please read these notes and please send a proof, before printing, to marketing@theallendale.org

First, your image should include our new (2025) logo, probably in a corner. If you've previously used the 'a' logo, this is being phased out and should no longer be used. This is the new logo:

Your image should also contain our location and contact information, plus ticket info if the event is ticketed.

For ticketed events, add:

Advance ticket price e.g. £10 + £0.78 booking fee*

*If the customer books online or over the phone through TicketSource (0333 666 3366), they will pay ticket price + 7.8% booking fee. We will advise the correct booking fee(s) once we know your ticket price(s).

If the customer books at the Allendale or over the phone (01202 887247), they pay no booking fee.

For non-ticketed events:

The only essential information is our contact details:

However, you may wish to add your own website URL or contact details if you need to take bookings for craft stalls etc.
