We have professional projector & screen facilities in the Minster Hall and Quarter Jack Hall. We can also stream remote speakers and the like, to appear live on screen. Projection & Streaming facilities at the Allendale We have professional projector/screen and streaming facilities in the Minster Hall (pictured above) and in The Allendale Studio (formerly Quarter Jack Hall). Project images to screen for talks & presentations Show film & video Stream remote lecturers/celebrities etc. to a live audience* Equipment compatible with most modern gaming consoles, especially Playstation and Xbox - can be used for parties and children's activities Minster Hall has a 4K UHD laser projector with up to 5.2 digital surround sound available for film screenings The Allendale Studio has HD projector and two speakers Speak to us for more detail and to find out what we can do for you *Streaming: You'll need to provide your own laptop, in good working order, as will your remote speaker. Picture and audio quality will depend on laptop, webcam and microphone quality, plus stable internet connection at the remote end. You and your speaker will need working Teams or Zoom accounts etc. Your laptop can then be connected to our projection systems and your speaker streamed to your live audience.

Outdoor banners Roadside frames by Hanham Road For regular (weekly/monthly) hires: We can display your banner, on rotation with other regular hire banners. These are usually placed on the rear of the roadside frame. Required banner size is 5ft wide (left to right) x 3ft high (top to bottom) (152cm x 91cm) . For other locations, maximum size is 5ft wide (left to right) x 3ft high (152cm x 91cm) . We will mount the banner for you. For events: Event banners can also be displayed, when space allows. R equired banner size is 5ft wide (left to right) x 3ft high (top to bottom) (152cm x 91cm) . These are displayed facing Hanham Road, whenever possible. We will mount the banner for you. Charges: There is no charge to display one banner on the roadside frames, when space allows. Displaying a second banner (likely to be on the Café railings or fence) attracts a charge of £6 per week. Roof banner A banner mounted on the frame above our front doors needs to be: 3ft 5in wide x 5ft high (104cm x 152cm) . We recommend a mesh banner or one with wind flaps, to cope with the wind. This is a prime display location and can be a very effective way to promote your event. Roof banner display fees: £30 per week or £100 per calendar month. We will mount the supplied banner on the frame but please check the space is available before ordering a banner. Please get in touch if you have further questions - call 01202 887247 or email info@theallendale.org The Allendale is entirely on the ground floor, except for the Minster Hall & Theatre stage and sound/lighting control area The front entrance has automatic sliding doors and a very gentle incline Cafe @ the Allendale has ramped access for entry/exit, and level access to/from toilets and the rest of the Centre Minster Hall & Theatre, The Allendale Studio (formerly Quarter Jack Hall) and Café @ the Allendale all have wide entrances Julian Room and Canford Room have slightly narrower entrances, wide enough for most manual wheelchair users There's an accessible toilet, about halfway between the front and rear of the building, plus other toilets near the front and rear There are descending-ramped emergency exits: the main front entrance/exit (close to the Minster Hall & Theatre and Reception), from The Allendale Studio (formerly Quarter Jack Hall) corridor, and the side exit Outside emergency assembly points are all on level ground Minster Hall & Theatre and The Allendale Studio both have a hearing loop Please note re. ticketed events: If you're unable to access a ticketed performance without the support of a carer/personal assistant, we can usually offer a complimentary ticket for your carer/assistant.
