Marketing assistance for hirers - checklist
We all want your event or activity to be successful. Use this checklist to ensure you provide required info & materials.
Have you read the information on this page and pages linking from it?
For most events/activities, you should now provide:

A good quality jpg or png image for use online (not pdf - won't display on website)

Up to 120 words of copy for our website, in a Word doc. or email

2 x A4 posters, with information about tickets if appropriate

Some A5 or A6 flyers, with information about tickets if appropriate

An image for the TV display, if you're using that option. Info here

Do you plan to provide a roadside banner? Info here

Would you like something included in the next Allendale Magazine? Inclusion is subject to available space and deadline. Info here
